Open Position: Office Administrator

The Role

A fantastic opportunity to join an award-winning team in Sydney’s growing Hills district. In this role you will be instrumental in creating positive first impressions and be involved in general reception duties and administrative support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Demonstrate a customer service focus with a positive and can-do attitude
  • Answering all incoming calls within three rings, distributing calls and taking accurate and detailed messages
  • Data entry and database management
  • Assisting with maintenance of the office and co-ordinate stationery supplies
  • Maintaining a professional demeanour with professional standards of dress at all time
  • Marketing co-ordination including booking photoshoots/videographers
  • This position requires you to be highly organised, with a self-driven personality and a mature approach
  • Prepare files for new listings, sales advices and relating correspondence
  • Liaising with Vendors, buyers and solicitors
  • Preparation of open home packs and prelisting kits
  • Complying with office policies and procedures

About You

We look for people who are passionate about providing great service and are proactive by nature, combined with having strong organisation skills, an eye for detail and can manage a varied role.

Along with this we are looking for:

  • Excellent interpersonal and communications skills
  • Previous experience in administration is advantageous
  • Knowledge of Microsoft office suite
  • Well-presented and well spoken
  • Proactive attitude with the desire to improve processes and procedures
  • The capacity to empathise with customers, remain calm under pressure and maintain client confidentiality
  • Monday to Saturday (day off during the week)
  • Real Estate Certificate of Registration preferred
